Sinking of Repliforce Island
Vehicle Docking - Skull Fortress
The massive vehicles of the Robot Masters require a large amount of space, and this room has plenty. Several hundred meters long and a few stories deep, it stretches out beyond the confines of the rest of the Fortress, a hidden docking bay far off to the right when it facing head-on. Normally it is dimly lit and poorly heated, although a forcefield keeps out the snow. Huge overhead lights can be thrown on when the Masters scramble. Several Joes, Mets, Magnet Flies, and other drones are kept stationed here to handle the manual labor of loading and unloading, as well as maintenance crews who are rarely left short on work. The actual departure areas are accessible through railings which are suspended a fair ways above floor level.

Charge Man slinks into the room quietly. His eyes sullen and moody as he hops from leap to leap. "We going to smasssssssh bassssssshhh goooooooood" he sings happily over and over. His body shaking and trembling with super heated smoke
Heat Man stretches as he enters from the lift area. "Good think I was on my way down."
Pirate Man looks around silently as he enters, before a met quickly runs to him, nerping quickly before he says, "What is it Mr. Christopher?", the met nerps a bit before saying, "Good then all the preparations are ready, I possibly won't be flying the Dreadskull, so treat whoever is at the helm like a temporary cap'n."
Charge Man growls pounding my hands into each other "SMAH BASH!" he screams psyching himself up chanting those same two words over and over again. His smokestack belching with every 'bash' uttered!
Sword Man quickly comes in from the gathering room, determined and fierce. His sword gleams dangerously, recently shined and sharpened (just in case).
Ballade is standing near the recently completed Wily Mole, his arms folded across his chest. His expression is calm and serene, as he watches the Robot Masters file in and get into place.
Gemini Man heads into the room, seemingly calm and prepared. He watches the others as they arrive.
Crystal Man walks in from the lift calmly. Even, perhaps, a little too calmly... Naturally, the mystic is in full armor... apparently, in two senses.
Shadow Man follows shortly after the mystic, likewise from the direction of the Lift Landing, his steps entirely silenced. He is not presently armed.
The samurai Yamato comes in from the gathering room, weapon slung across his back. He takes his position amongst his brothers, silent as usual.
Tomahawk Man looks around, betrying no emotion.
Flash Man folds his arms as he leans against a wall, having just arrived, more or less near the rest of Beta Squad."
Punk walks in, sans gimp.
Charge Man mutters "smassshh baaaasssssssssh!"
Freeze Man enters the vehicle bay, and looks out at the gathered horde of Masters.
Pirate Man taps his foot for a bit as he waits, optic shifting towards Charge for a few seconds before checking his radio
Knight Man is... here. Yep, the Mace Master is here alright. Better pose later.
Heat Man nods to Flash while quietly double and triple checking his systems, a pool cue sitting next to him.
Sword Man mutters under his breath, his stoic gaze unbreakable. "Heaven and hell shall clash. The earth shall be rendered under our feet. The fierce shall triumph...."
Crystal Man, for his part, might well be only half here -- at least, it seems like he's trying to tune out a lot...
Ballade taps his shoulder, engaging his more powerful speakers. "Silence!" Turning down the volume once more, he looks over the assembled Robot Masters. "Today, we fight for the glory of the Robot Masters. I require all of you who are capable of operating under the surface of the ocean to step forward..."
Dive Man wanders into the room. For some reason, he looks rather afraid of something.
Cappella leans quietly against the wall before sneering slightly. Looking around slowly the thief slowly takes a step forward.
Punk hangs out with Ballade, 'cuz you grunts kinda suck.
Guts Man doesn't suck, he rules mothafornicah!
After hearing Ballade's announcement, Dive Man takes a deep breath, and... slowly takes a step forward.
Cold Man simply stands near the doorway, where he's been all this time. Really.
Shadow Man steps forward likewise, arms crossed as he does so. Although likely to be ignored except perhaps by his own squadmates, the step is audible. Always one for subtle dramatics.
Pirate Man quickly stands at attenton as he waits for orders
Gemini Man can't operate underwater, so he just sits back and watches to see what's going to happen next.
Heat Man stays silent. o0(Underwater? Suuuuuure. If I want to e-ring before I hit land...)0o
Charge Man waits quietly
Guts Man stands there, arms crossed, he's itching for destruction.
Knight Man is... still here, yep. Stay tuned for more posing.
Crystal Man remains still, inwardly a bit envious of those stepping forward but, as usual, keeping it to himself...
Sword Man stands silent. Water is not exactly his element, in several senses.
Yamato Man stays in formation, silent. He does not work well submerged in water.
Cappella looks around slightly confused before frowning. "Am I needed underwater or am I needed infiltrating?"
Ballade considers for a moment, looking about. "Just a moment. I am waiting for Enker to pick those who will be assisting by activating and controlling the Devil units..."
[Radio: (B) Secure] Enker transmits, "Clown Man, Flash Man, report to the labs."
[Radio: (B) Secure] Clown Man transmits, "Will do, boss!"
[Radio: (B) Secure] Flash Man transmits, "On my way."
Flash Man departs as ordered.
Quint, in contrast with Flash Man, enters. As ordered.
[Radio: (B) Secure] Enker transmits, "Figure out amongst yourselves who is going where. Board the necessary shuttle and prepare for launch. Elites, stand by."
Ballade nods once. "Very well. It would appear that Enker has chosen Clown Man and Flash Man to pilot the Devils. The rest of you, begin boarding. North team to the Stealth transport, South Team to the Dreadskull. North Team: Crystal Man, Cold Man, Knight Man, Heat Man, Charge Man.
Pirate Man stays focused on Ballade, optic shifting for a few seconds towards the Dreadskull before focusing back on the Elite as he waits
Heat Man nods and heads to the Stealth, taking the pool cue with him.
Cappella hmms softly and blinks severalt times still not sure on where she is going. Was she suppose to infiltrate or go for a swim?
Cold Man nods as he's given his marching orders, and so, he marches. Into the Stealth Transport we go.
Charge Man whooo's "SMASH BASH!"
Ballade is standing at the entrance to the Wily Mole vehicle, the cargo bay behind him packed full of satchel charges and drones. The two Wilyworms flank the underground/undersea transport. "Pirate Man, Dive Man. I'll need you with me to attack the underwater Pylons."
Crystal Man simply offers Ballade a nod before starting towards the Stealth Transport... and frowns slightly in confusion behind his face mask at Heat Man's pool cue.
Knight Man nods and shambles off to the Dreadskull. It's crappy pose night for Knight, since he will mainly be paying attention to his RF alt, yay!
Sword Man kneels to the Elite before departing. "It shall be done." He then walks over to the Dreadskull and waits....wait for the battle's crescendo patiently.
Shadow Man shifts his glance briefly to the only female present, then snaps it back to Ballade, remaining motionless.
Pirate Man salutes before watching the met as it quickly makes it way into the Dreadskull before he heads towards the Wily Mole
Ballade waves off Cappella. "You will be more valuable inside the base - I will not require subtlety.
Dive Man nods. And then, he stares. And points at the Mole-type thing. "Ballade, sir, are we going to use /that/?" A shrug. "Well, if that's your order."
Ballade says, "That is, in fact, my order. Our target will be the support pylons on the island."
Cappella hmms softly and nods.
The Stealth Transport hums softly as it begins to power up...
Shadow Man raises an eyebrow under his helmet, waiting for his own assignment.
Crash Man rocks baack and fooorth on his heels as he resists the urge to grab one last drink before this little shindig.
Dive Man nods again, and heads for the ...mole.
Ballade says, "Gut's Man, Crash Man, Gemini Man, Shadow Man. South Team."
Ballade says, "Tomahawk Man, Yamato Man... north team." Sword Man has arrived.
Guts Man wooohs and end up teamed with Crash Man, snoochie boochies!
Gemini Man gives a small salute at this, and walks off for the 'skull.
SS Dreadskull
So far as the general layout goes, much hasn't changed on the interior of the ship. The first floor below the main deck is still used for the crew, but its been modified more for the needs of a robotic crew, with energy dispensors, recharge chambers and assorted other high tech collections. The cafeteria and game room still exist however, as even terrorist robots need to take some time off now and then. About every second room over or so, there's a station that androids can man in the event of combat so as to control some of the weapon emplacements of the ship, putting less stress on the main computers so they can concentrate on other things...such as the shields and engines. The huge cargo bays are still as big as they ever were, except it's here that the majority of a workload is handled. When all weapons are retracted, they are here, able to be worked on by the myriad of drones that mill about. Craft carried within the ship's belly are also stored here in a makeshift hangar bay, where they can be repaired and rearmed. The engine room, while not as big as the cargo bay, is still massive in its own right, and constantly crawling with maintenance drones to ensure the ship is operating at peak efficiency at all times. The cabinhouse, aka, the Skull at the front has the same layout as before. A heavy wooden wheel at the front steers the ship left or right, and even can control the altitude. Along the back of the bay are dozens of terminals for scanners, radar, communications, weapons readouts, damage displays, etc. The entire ship is a bustle of activity at any time...

Pirate Man is silent as he waits to move out, his single optic scanning the pair of worms

[Radio: (A) Masters] Pirate Princess Tron Bonne comes on, sounding brighter and happier then she has in a the last while. "Am I... Fashionably Late?"

Ballade boards the Wily Mole, moving forward to the controls, sitting down, and locking in the systems. Throwing switches, the power systems slowly rumble to life. He also taps in commands to the Wily Worm, ordering them to follow the transport. "Gentlement. Strap in. We're going to get wet when we come up.
[Radio: (A) Masters] Guts Man transmits, "And bring that retarded Babu along."
[Radio: (A) Masters] Theta Squad XO Sword Man transmits, "Do not speak to an ally in such a tone, Sir Knight. We shall need as much assistance as possible if we want to declare victory today."
[Radio: (A) Masters] Knight Man transmits, "Considering what that wench put mineself through some strong words art far less than she deserves"

Outside> Wily Mole rumbles to life, the two Wilyworms coming to life alongside it. The treads rev into motion, slowly pulling out.
Dive Man is here, sitting in the corner and wishing that he'd brought at least one of his rubber ducks along.
Metal Man is sitting in a chair waiting and watching wondering what will happen next. "So, its finally time."
Ballade shoves the Mole into gear, and moves out.
Wily Mole moves out, headed for the airlocks... and dirt.
[And so...]
[Radio: (B) Secure] Punk transmits, "Complete your objectives. Fight bravely and without abandon. Destroy all obstructions that stand in the way of your mission goals. Today, you useless fucks have the greatest chance to make me proud. Do not fail Command, for failure is never accepted. All units: today is a good day.. for the Repliforce to die."
[Radio: (B) Secure] Punk transmits, "Oh, and if any of you shout corny-ass warcries in battle, I'll personally kick your ass before the Reploids do."
[Radio: (B) Secure] Gamma CO Gemini Man transmits, "Dreadskull in approach. We're ready to charge it."
[Radio: (B) Secure] Quint transmits, "Sure, NOW you tell me. *scratching of pen on paper*"
Ballade throws several switches, slowing the Mole as he reads the screens overhead. "Hmm. Prepare to disembark when we surface...."
[Radio: (B) Secure] Ballade transmits, "Mole is in position."
Untroubled by the mysterious albeit encouraging apparitions, Shadow Man turns his attention to the island rapidly approaching in the distance. A Shadow Blade is generated in each hand with a flash of light blue and a horrendous metallic grinding sound.
[Radio: (B) Secure] Epsilon CO Crystal Man transmits, "Stealth Transport is ready."
Pirate Man nods before looking to the others but says nothing as he looks towards one of the sensors for a few seconds
The Wilyworms both rest in their position, ready for the Mole to lead the underwater charge.
[Radio: (B) Secure] Flash Man transmits, "Yellow in position."
[Radio: (B) Secure] Clown Man transmits, "Green Devil is in position and ready."
Sword Man unstraps himself, despite the Dreadskull still moving, and peers out at the approaching objective. "It is time....."
Metal Man nods. "I'm ready, to go." oO(This will be good, Forcer mechfluids will soak the land and water this night.)
Dive Man sighs as he gets up from the corner. Another raid, new fun ways to spring a leak. Or die.
Waters Beneath RHQ
Outside> Inside the Vanguard, Iris smirks a little, as Archer finds a quarter! "Lucky you. don't spend it all in one place..."
[Radio: (B) Secure] Ballade transmits, "Undersea team is deploying."
Artillery Chasmosaurus locks a few shells into her gun turrets with a solid, resounding ka-chnk. As the mole machine surfaces, her head--and all of her guns--instantly snap toward it, "Pinpointed and confirmed. Robot Master mole machine at coordinates seven niner charlie."
Swimming alongside the worm, two other sights--the Wilyworms--definitely unusual-looking creatures, crawling in the sand on the bottom of the sea.
Metal Man exits the Wily Mole after a squad of under water joes and starts heading along with the others. He already has a sawblade in hand ready for what ever gets in the way.
[Radio: (B) Secure] Punk transmits, "All units, their defenses are to be breached! Let the slaughter begin!"
Dive Man floats out of the Mole right after his brothers. And even though he's fast and elegant when in the water, he looks worried. Like that matters.
Fencer Naiad finishes making her radio to the rest of the force as she quickly springs into action, her water jets kicking in as she darts through the water, her azure hair streaming her as she does a barrel roll in the armor, something that looks like a metallic pufferfish falls from the extruded slot in her back. Her ordinance slot closes as the pufferfish suddenly explodes, spraying sharp needles.
And masses of gumbies start attacking the worms like an entire hive of hornets. And this the whole thing fades into the background.
Ballade ignites his dash jets as he steps out of the transport, improving his manueverability. On his visor is a panolply of constant updates of targets around him and the location of his own forces. The pylons loom large in his vision, but of more importance is the Chasmosaurus. Waving at the other RM's to fan out and find targets, he raises his arm to sight along the barrel of his plasma blaster. He ignores the blades and concussion that slam into him from behind. Currently the damage is negligible.
Behind him, after Fencers blast, more Joes start to climb out of the Wilymole... carrying heavy satchels. They move in tight teams, swimming for the defended pylons, engaging in fire exchanges with the RF gumbies.
[Radio: (B) Secure] Clown Man transmits, "Devils deployed. Green Devil is going to head to the Power Support."
[Radio: (B) Secure] Punk transmits, "Decapitate the enemies that fall before you. I want a collection of heads to adorn my mantle."
[Radio: (B) Secure] Ballade transmits, "Engaging underwater defenders. Annihilate the defenders."
Void Starfish spins her arms and torpedoes down towards Metal Man, her frame a translucent shell of darkness with wireframe outlines. Before she can even get close, she's launching multiple spikes from those spinning wrists.
As the underwater forces press forward, the Wilyworms make their moves to destroy them, returning attacks by biting and plowing down their adversaries.
Artillery Chasmosaurus stands firm as the blast of energy slams into her, though a quantity of silt is kicked up from the bottom as her grav stabilizers do their job. Narrowing her eyes, she raises one of her arms and points it toward the Elite, "Robot Master Elite unit Ballade.. You're not going any further." A soft whine and several clicks can be heard before she fires a shell with a resounding BOOM! The shell arcs toward Ballade, exploding in a spatter of acid as soon as it hits...anything.
Artillery Chasmosaurus strikes Ballade with her Acid Pellet Burst attack.
Pirate Man blinks as he is knocked back, his optic shifts left to right, focusing on the pylons for a few seconds then to Fencer aiming his arm cannon towards the repliforcer for a few seconds but doesn't fire as he quickly swims backwards
Metal Man sees the incomming attack and seems to speed up as the attack comes in chruning up the water and sending the ice off course. Metal Man laughs and says, "Death shall be the reward for your heroism!" He readies his sawblade and lets it fly at Void. The weapon cuts through the warter heading for the odd repolid.
Ballade blinks as the spray of acid sprays over him, armor bubbling and steaming even under water. Several telltales on his visor suddenly go yellow as backup systems come online, a cloud of fluid filling the water around the Robot Master Elite.
"I will continue to advance. And this will fall." He takes stock of his functioning weapon systems, and taps a control to unleash a pair of tiny spheres from the launchers built into his shoulders. The small crackers hurtle towards their target through the water.
Dive Man is quickly swimming towards the pylons. No, scratch that. He is hit with lots and lots of painful needles, and before you can blink, the blue menace of the seas has turned around and is searching for the Repliforcer who caused him pain. And the instant he sees her... zap.
Void Starfish spins around as the blade hits, sparks flying from the contact, not outward, but inward, as she absorbs the kinetic energy. Her eyes narrow. "You speak boldly of death. Have you felt its sting?" A moment of concentration as she closes her eyes, and turbulent wakes of gravity begin to coalesce.
Artillery Chasmosaurus closes her eyes as the cracker explodes against her, cracking some of her heavier armor... She's still unmoved though. Good thing she's got plenty of ammo, "That's what you think.." Another whirr, click, and boom, and a shell fires out toward Ballade from one of her hip cannon emplacements. As it flies through the water, the shell changes shape and becomes something of a suction dart.
Ballade internally taps some of his systems, altering his power flows for improve manueverability underwater. And just in time as the dart hurtles towards him. With a spray of bubbles, he jets to the side letting the dart hurtle past him. Reaching up, he grasps the horns on his head, and disengages them. With a flick of his wrist, he sends the gleaming golden boomerang through the water, jets from the attachment point carrying it through the murk.
[Radio: (F) Worldchat] Pirate Princess Tron Bonne gives a loud, mocking laugh even as the massive Gesellschaft /RUMBLES/ over the base, unleashing a rain of firepower! The wings of Drache from the ship unleash a flurry of missiles for the Eastern Wall! (Just a general post for what many of the people there could see happening. ^^)
Metal Man is caught in the Spatial rift and crys out. "I do not fear it! For it can never truely bind me fool!" He lets out a cry as he gets fuel drained out him. HE struggles to break free of its hold over him. Metal Man seems to be forzen in time for a moment as he vanishes from existance for a moment sucked into subspace it self and then is spit out.
Fencer Naiad spins around as the laser singes a small spot on her shoulder pad, the nymph arcs around in the water, her slot opening up once more to fire a pair of torpedoes at the periscoped master moving in the water. Fencer moving in a near flip to right herself, facing the Master in what is close to a standing position in the water.
Pirate Man quickly looks around as he watches the others, he looks towards the pylons for a few secons, a smirk crossing his face as he makes his way over to them, letting the others fight as he prepares to set a pace a few mines
Fencer Naiad strikes Dive Man with her Ichiban Torpedos attack.
[Radio: (B) Secure] Ballade transmits, "Pirate Man - be ready to take over should any of us fall."
[Radio: (B) Secure] Pirate Man transmits, "Aye sir."
Void Starfish dives toward Metal Man spindle-first, energy crackling over her frame as she spins. Stolen energy. Her body assimilates it, and she continues her dive, spiraling right into Metal, point-first.
Artillery Chasmosaurus shoots smoothly to the side a few feet, sending up a cloud of silt as the boomerang misses her head. Turning to stare directly at Ballade, the guns mounted on her head rotate and, after the clunk of a shell loading, fires another toward the Elite. This one will most probably miss... but as soon as it strikes anything solid, it releases a vortex which converts the immediate area into a miniature whirlpool.
Ballade has gained the rough measure of his opponent, targetting data filling his vision as he takes in everything around him. Accelerating through the water, he doesn't quite swim so much as run along the bottom... at about sixty miles per. A cloud of silt plumes up behind him as he catches the boomerang, and taps it onto his head.
There's a crackling discharge of static as it locks into place, as Ballade begins to funnel some of that excess energy into one of his arm blasters. Spinning on his heel, he whips the blaster up, firing a crackling beam of electricity, forcing it through the water like a thunderbolt.
Repliforce Air Platform [Fortress III] has arrived.
Dive Man wasn't quick enough to dodge the torpedoes, and is hit. No matter, the damage is minor anyway. And being the unimaginative master that he is, he copies Fencer's attack. Dash, dive, turn, blast. He opens his chest compartment, and lets loose a pair of torpedoes. Only these ones aren't the explosive kind, these ones are sharp...
Artillery Chasmosaurus stands ready, but wasn't exactly built for speed and dodging with all those heavy weapons. As the beam of electricity strikes home, she winces, trying to force her guns to reload. This is -not- a time to be immobile.
Pirate Man's optic shifts to the group for a few seconds before launching a few mines towards the pylons, controlling each of them as they attach, nodding as he deactivates the detonator for now, saving them for later
Ballade continues to run through the water, circling around behind the temporarily disarmed Repliforcer. Changing the angle of his run, he hurtles towards her back, both arms coming up together, hands locked together in a brutal overarm smash.
Artillery Chasmosaurus's back is actually where she's least armored..not that that says much. As the blow knocks her forward a few inches, she quickly turns her head and thrusts it forward, trying to jam one of her horns into the Elite while he's too close to safely shoot.
Ballade is actually built for this sort of close in fighting. With a grim smirk, he leans just far enough to the side for the horn to go past him. Reaching out, he wraps a hand around the horn. Drawing back with his other arm, the blaster there hums to life, a vivid blade of seething plasma snapping out. Twisting himself, he lunges with the blade at the Repliforcer.
Fencer Naiad meanwhile makes a graceful arc around Dive man, spinning so the bladed torpedos miss her completely, the Naiad then pouring on all of her water speed to attack the one Master unoccupied, Fencer rushing by with all the speed she can muster, putting it all into her aquamarine blade.
Metal Man is implated by Void Starfish's attack. The Small reploid rips into him but he break free and leaving a trail of mech fluid in the way as he turns about to face her again. He laughs. "If that's the best you can do wench you are met fooder." Metal Man pulls a pair of twin blades from subspace and fings them at void.
Artillery Chasmosaurus spins in place, feet rotating around an axis as her grav stabilizers turn her around. As the arm blade comes down, she quickly raises one arm, catching it against several of her guns. "Hope you can swim fast.." Brgining up her other arm, she attempts to slam the turret of one of the guns into Ballade's midsection and fire a shell into him before he can manage to twist away.
Pirate Man scowls as he notices Fencer quickly moving as she speeds towards him, his optic shifting towards Dive Man for a few seconds before taking aim towards the Naiad, optic narrowing as targetting data is displayed over his good eye before he launches a mine towards his target
Void Starfish's arms tilt and spiral, carrying her back and away from Metal Man. She twists to the side, narrowly avoiding one blade as the other scores her magenta arm. She growls at it, then moves in towards Metal again, reaching out to try and grab him with the injured arm.
Ballade is... insanely fast when he needs to be. As he feels the barrel of the gun tap his midsection, he's already moving, twisting so fast he's almost a blur. "Speed is less importance than control..." The shell hurtles out into the deep, doing whatever it does out there. The Elite instead continues his in close assult, still moving incredibly fast as he slams into the Repliforcer.
[Radio: (B) Secure] Flash Man transmits, "Repliforce hovertanks are advancing on the East Wall to reinforce their positions."
Metal Man smirks evily as he opens up another subspace pocket of his. "You know you might want to look behind you! DAGGER DRONES SEARCH AND DESRTORY!" The drones exit subspace and swarm after the small forcer. Metal Man just hangs back a bit laughing at her. "NO MERCY!" He bellows as the sucide drones chase after the forcer.
Artillery Chasmosaurus skims to the side as Ballade darts in, crossing both her arm guns in front of her to absorb the force of the Elite's attack. Smirking faintly, she nods, "I agree completely.." The nod wasn't just an expression, though.. it brings the gun atop her head in to lock onto Ballade. While the shell she fires isn't exactly meant for underwater use, it does superheat its target if she manages to hit Ballade with it directly.
Dive Man blinks as Fencer rushes past him, and towards brother Pirate. And since it seems that he has the situation under control, Dive decides to go and see if brother Metal is in need of assistance. And *zoom*, there he goes.
The Wilyworms push through the generic forces, heading for the underwater pylons.
Slash Beast has arrived.
Fortress III dives through the water, heading towards the fight. The pilot, either crazy or brave, heads towards the strange machines (Wilyworms) as the crew-served turrets (the ones which can fire underwater) open fire on the worms
Void Starfish's head turns around completely at the suggestion, "thanks for the warning," she mutters, twirling down and around. Another pass is made at Metal Man with a different arm as she tries to put him between herself and the drones.
Fencer Naiad puts away the aquamarine blade in favor of a lighter pair of tantos, spinning around Pirate Man in a graceful dance, the water nymph's azure hair obscuring his view as she darts at him quickly with her tantos, "Didn't your shipmates tell you to be warry of the creatures Neptune?"
Ballade is caught in the gout of flames, several of his telltales flipping over and going red as systems start to fail here and there. But Ballade is nothing if not perseverant. Despite the damaged nature of the elite, holes showing through his armor, he still stands, eyes fixed on his opponent.
From the east section of the base, Slash Beast dives down into the waters, following his fellow Repliforcers' beacons. Not very close as yet, but getting there. He would probably be able to register the sound, but it wouldn't be too painful to him just yet.
Pirate Man scowls as he focuses on Fencer before the attacks hits, he is knocked back, he steadies himself before saying, "Ye be not a true beast of the sea, just a reploid in disguise. Now out of my way.", his claw spins for a few seconds before a wave of pressure is fired towards his targer as he sends out a blast of water
Metal Man watches a Drone zoom in the way taking the hit fot its master. Metal Man says nothing as another disk of death shimmers into his hands. Metal Man's face takes ona cruel look as he readies the attack and shrugs at his wacky habit likely picked up from Spark Man's Anime collection and it has not failed him yet. "METAL BLADE!" With that the blade flies at the forcer. "I'll see you in hell."
Artillery Chasmosaurus somehow...doesn't take damage from that. "Nice song. Allow me to add music to accompany it." Raising both arms, she aims guns from -both- of them at Ballade, firing off one shell from each in rapid succession. "Quasar Cannon!" The shells spiral toward Ballade, exploding with a flash of electricity and contained within a powerful gravity well.
The Wilyworms are making headway through the gumby forces, it seems, and pushing toward the underwater pylons. Quicksilver slides around her 'forcer opponents at last, and makes a good crash into one of the pylons, sending a rumble through it.
Ballade simply draws off the excess energy that /does/ reach him, funnelling it into his stressed systems. As for the core of the attack, he's learned his lession of standing still while singing. Already moving as the attack hurtles towards him he dodges out of the perphery, diving behind a pylon. Rolling in the muck, he tests the temperature of the water, and smiles grimly. Back to the pylon, he raises both arms before him before spinning around the pylon. "I prefer... percussion." And both of the blasters open up, Ballades arms pistoning as the plasma blasters pour out a withering hail of energetic death.
Fortress III dives through the water, the turret guns opening fire on the Siesmic wilyworm, and the massive fortress... Is trying to RAM the Quicksilver. The pilot is either totaly bonkers, or 100 percent of MAD.
Dive Man is struck with the shockwave caused by Ballade's singing, and he spins out of control. Not really, but he's distorted by the blast, and has to stop to prevent him from colliding with anything. But wait? What is that thing near the coast? Could it be a powerful Repliforcer? Or just prey? Dive Man grins at the thought, and heads towards Slash.
Fencer Naiad blinks, suddenly pushed back by a large gout of water as she rushes forward again with her two tanto daggers, crying out as she whips into motion suddenly, sending a small shockwave of water around her as her body whips into motion, "But that just means I'm better!"
Void Starfish blinks as the blade begins to come at her, and then the ring of her arms drops down off her body, leaving only a spike and a head. The ring of arms begins to spin on its own now, gravity dancing between them as the metal blade slows, and eventually stops... "You speak of death again... Do you desire it that badly?" The distortion grows from her spindle, enlarges into the ring of arms, dissolves the metal blade, and continues on to try and encompass Metal in its darkness. "GIGA SLAVE!" (sorry, had to try it)
Wilyworm [Quicksilver Earthworm] is a fairly speedy creature. As the fortress begins to slam into the water, she makes a dive away, moving like liquid metal through the liquid around her. The ram distracts her from her goal, but does not knock her back--though the other, Siesmic model is a good deal slower, and is struck by a wave of the Fortress' firepower. One thing this worm has, however, is stamina. As the shots connect, 'Seismic' begins charging up a laser, and returns fire on the Fortress.
Artillery Chasmosaurus brings up both arms in an attempt to block the energy, but it doesn't do all that much good. As the energy strikes home, small crackles of electricity begin to flow over her form. This is -not- good. Too much damage and her internal ammo stores will blow, which won't be fun for -anyone- under here. A glance is tossed at the Elite quickly before lowering both arms to point at the ground and fires off several low-yield shells to propel herself upward. Not a word is given to Ballade, but a final glance is given as she rises.
Fortress III is hit by the laser fire, as the ship cant very bloody well dodge. But it's a massive fortress, so it's going to take quite a bit of doing to hurt it much, and the ship gamely brings it's fore to bear on the Siesmic model, and opens fire with an alpha strike from all it's guns
The intense vibrations blast through the water, and slam into Slash Beast quite suddenly. With a surprised roar that gets lost amid the sound, the Major is knocked back through the water, his entire body shaken--not shaken apart, but his systems just got one hell of a jolt. Slowly, he rights himself, not used to being underwater, and starts towards the Masters again. Noting one form heading his way, the beast orients himself in Dive Man's direction, his broad feet serving as paddles to propel him that way.
With Seismic taking the brunt of the force, Quicksilver goes back to her task of ramming the pylons, which she does for all she's worth. A large ripple of shockwave surges through the water as she rams. Meanwhile, the Seismic model is struck by Fortress' fire. This time, the attack seems to be slowing the worm down, and it makes a move to burrow into the seabed where it can have some cover.
Pirate Man scowls as he quickly speeds to the side to dodge Fencer, he quickly moves around the pylons, optic narrowing as he looks to the mines attached to them before changing frequencies as he activates the remote once more, launching a remote mine towards his opponent
Ballade watches Artillery go, a grim smile on his face as he half-raises a hand in salute. His targetting systems indicate the rest of the Repliforce is engaged with the Robot Masters. Free for the moment, he turns, and braces himself against the bottom. Lining up with one of the more critical support pylons, his shoulders begin to glow, gathering in more and more power.
"Powered Ballade Cracker!"
With a concussive discharge, the twin seething spheres hurtle towards the pylon, impacting with all the force of a low-yield tac-nuke. Antimatter explosives are not a joking matter.
Fortress III tracks the Siesmic earthworm, and again opens fire with a massive Alpha Strike from all of it's guns. The sea bed vaporises under the fire, as the blast gets to the Earthworm...
Metal Man with a combination of skill from over 13 years as an active front line combat unit. Metal Man spin jumps out o the away from the darkness. Or is it that Hell just does not want to put up with Metal Man's ego just yet? Who knows. The point is he still online an hungry for blood. Another sawblade appears in his hand and he tosses it at the odd reploid. "Death means little to me, should I die so be it. But I shall drag as many as I can with me! Have you never noticed how we Masters just never go away no matter how many times we are put down we just come back! We are the WRATH OF GOD!!!" Well the god named Albert Wily anyhow.
There doesn't seem to be much of a response from the Seismic model. Either the blasters have silenced it, or it's found a safe place somewhere deeper underground. The powerful shot, however, has attracted the attention of its 'sister,' who now flickers over toward the Fortress, bearing toward it with impossible speed. She unleashes a volley of pure laserpower, a gigantic worm blasting toward a gigantic opponent.
Fencer Naiad moves around the pirate one more, taking taking out her aquamarine blade as she strafes by pirate made with the blade, the curved tip aiming for Pirate's neck as best the Nymph can.
[Radio: (A) Masters] Zeta CO Yamato Man's radio system is hijacked by that emotionless, genderless voice again. "System Error 12. Neural overload. Beginning self-repair pro-pro-pro -- accepting new data. Beginning neural integration."
Void Starfish meets this sawblade head on. It hits her, and then a ghostly image of it swings back around her, only half-visible in it's partially phased state, flying back at Metal Man. To the reflection of the attack in her void, the starfish adds a fold of reality, making the edges sharper, stronger, until they fold into two dimensions.
[Radio: (A) Masters] Punk transmits, "RADIO SILENCE WILL BE OBSERVED."
Pirate Man blinks as he quickly moves, watching as the blade cuts into his arm as he dodges it, mechfluid leaking out, he focuses on Fencer but doesn't attack as he raises his forcefield
Ballade has discharged his excess power with that blast, leaving the cracked and pitted pylon above him. Igniting his dash jets, he moves towards a downed Joe team, recovering the satchel charge. Swimming up to one of the pylons, a few well placed plasma bolts clearing away the obstructions. He settles the charge in place, adhering it to the pylon. With a grim smile, he starts moving through the water to continue this action.
Dive Man doesn't even try to hide his wicked grin as he comes to a stop a short distance from Slash. "So, Major, are you truly ready to lay down your life just to protect these worthless beings you call your friends? Do you really have what it takes to be a hero?" He raises his right hand, and it turns into a high-powered water cannon. "We shall soon see that, no?" And with that, he fires a blast at Slash, hoping to knock him into something. Preferably something sharp...
Wilyworm [Quicksilver Earthworm] is just way faster than her size seems to allow. The blasts from the Fortress that hit into her don't seem to slow her down, as she's trying to get a little payback for her damaged brother. After unleashing another burst of white laserfire, she pushes, at her full velocity, drilling her diamond-tipped head directly into the front of the Fortress.
Artillery Chasmosaurus has left.
Fortress III shudders as the worm lodges itself in the front of it, but the pilot is clever, and points the airship nose-to-the-sky, as the pilot drives for the open air, trying to get the Worm out of it's natural habitat. the airshp soars towards the sky
[Radio: (B) Secure] Pirate Princess Tron Bonne transmits, "The Gesellschaft's Main Cannon is ready to fire on the East Wall and Generators! ...Let them eat /THIS!/"
Metal Man blinks as the blade clips him slightly and he mutters. He then leaps over Void doing a back flip as he avoids her attack and then he grins as he sees one of those drones comming about again right for her. He crosses his arms and looks rather smug watches the drone home in.

If the blast from Ballade hadn't ticked Slash Beast off to no end, Dive Man's caustic words do that now. "Hero? You worthless piece of scum, it is called duty." He shakes his head. "Why I even bother to speak to a cretin such as yourself is beyond-" His insult is cut off as a rush of water collides with him, the pressure pushing against his armor. Underwater, though, it dissipates quickly. With a snarl, Slash Beast aims himself at Dive Man; with a powerful kick of his wide feet, the Repliforcer sends himself soaring towards the Master, his paws flat to slam into Dive.
Fortress III cuts for the surface, as a hatch opens, and several highly trained SAR units swim out on waterjets, trying to recover the starfish.
[Radio: (C) Secret] Enker transmits, "Ballade, report on how many pylons remain privately."
Ballade sends a radio transmission.
Void Starfish shimmers as the drones near her. "No boom..." she cries... "No boom, no boom!!" BOOM! "Void reactor destabilized. Singularity containment failing. Deactivating." The drone that hit her continues moving through subspace, but the shattered reactor reflects it a hundred times over. A swarm of the little things approach Metal Man, but as they get closer they merge together again, finally uniting into one once more as they detonate.
[Radio: (B) Secure] Ballade transmits, "All underwater personell brace for shockwave."
Dive Man is only seen as a blurred shape in the water as he dashes out of the way of Slash Beast's pouncing attack. And the shape quickly circles around Slash, and delivers a swift kick in the Beast's back.
Although cats generally don't like water, Slash seems to be getting the hang of manuevering. Spinning in the water, he snatches Dive's leg mid-kick, then proceeds to tug the Master towards him, his jaws opening to take a large chunk out of the marine Master's leg. Raar.
Wilyworm [Quicksilver Earthworm] is pushed with her drill deep into the front of the Fortress, and pulled out behind it as it leaves. Having no other recourse, and no comfortable ground to grip to (rather than attacking the pylons) she burrows deeper into the front of the ship.
Void Starfish is scooped up by some gumbie divers and carried into the airship.
Ballade braces himself against the hatch of the Wily Mole as the signal goes out to the satchel charges. Out of the twenty pylons down here... many have had charges set upon them. Well over half. And one by one, little green lights on the charges go red. And seconds after that, shaped charge after shaped charge goes off, the water concussing with the force of the blasts. Minature suns obscured by dust and silt, the water carries the deep sound of stressed metal and concrete even over the sounds of the explosions. Some of the unplaced charges take out mixed groups of Joes and gumbies, acceptable casualties to the Elite as Pylon after Pylon begins to crumble under the force of those godawful explosions.
Fortress III breaks the surface, the water starting to drain out of it, as the Fortress breaks the surface.
Fencer Naiad receives the order over the radio and quickly pulls out of the area of the island, her water jets flaring up as she heads for the surface
Repliforce Air Platform [Fortress III] has left.
Pirate Man smirks as he watches Fencer lowering his forcefield as he looks towards Ballade
Metal Man has left.
Pirate Man lowers his forcefield.
Wilyworm [Quicksilver Earthworm] drops out of the front of the Fortress as it ascends, and slam-dives back onto the surface of the water, then sinks beneath.
[Radio: (B) Secure] Pirate Princess Tron Bonne transmits, "The Generators are DOWN!!!!"
Fortress III sweeps in from the sea, coming close to the island.
[Radio: (B) Secure] Pirate Princess Tron Bonne transmits, "EAT PLASMA!"
Ballade gives the signal for retreat, moving into the Wily Mole as he prepares to depart before the Pylons crumble and drop the island on their heads...
Pirate Man nods quickly speeding back towards the mole
As Slash bites into Dive's leg, the marine terror decides that the proper course of action would be to repeatedly beat the Beast on the head until he lets go. And since they're floating underwater, and there's a lot of large, solid objects around, he decides to try and ram into one of the said objects, Beast-first.
Fencer Naiad has left.
Slash Beast's teeth get caught in Dive Man's leg, of all things. He shakes his head, trying to pull free, but to no avail. The Repliforce becomes sandwiched between Dive and a large chunk of debris, crushing his armor and some internal systems quite nicely. With the flailing of arms and legs, Slash pulls himself away, sliding through the water a few feet away from Dive. With a snarl, his claws glow with energy and he slashes wildly at the water. Two violet streaks of energy tear through the water, the slashes ionizing the H2O around them. Both aren't very well aimed; hopefully one will go for Dive, and the other sails off in the direction the escaping Ballade is going.
Ballade moves far to quickly, and is much too close to cover for him to get caught in the attack by Slash Beast. With a final quick jet, he vanishes inside the Wily Mole, leaving the hatch open for his allies.
Ballade has left.
[Radio: (B) Secure] Flash Man transmits, "Generators destroyed."
And the slash hits Dive Man straight on, tearing off a nice, large chunk of armor and forcefully throwing him backwards. Fortunately for Dive, he is thrown in the general direction of the Mole, where he was planning to go, anyways, and so he engages his water jets and dives for the transport.
Dive Man retreats from the area swiftly, leaving him open to pursuit or parting shots from Slash Beast.
Slash Beast swims for the debris Dive had pinned him against, and shoves it in Dive's direction as hard as he can. Yep.
[Radio: (B) Secure] Beta CO Heat Man transmits, "North team is retreating. 2 repliforce officers retreated. 0 survivors from standard defense troops."
Fortress III hovers in the air above the island, waiting for refugees. As it does, the smaller turrets open fire on tPunk
Wily Mole revs to life, the drill slowly starting to spin. The hatch gapes open, waiting for Dive Man to climb onboard. Ballade sits at the controls, his damaged systems sealing over. He flicks several switches, self destructing the aqua Joes still out fighting in flashes of bright light. Gripping the main controls, the nose of the Wily Mole pushes downwards throwing up silt and rock...
Slash Beast has left.
Dive Man is hit by a rather large chunk of debris, which seriously dents his periscope, but doesn't really have any other effects. And with that, Dive climbs aboard the Mole.
Fortress III launches SAR teams, which fly to the Vanguard, pulling it toward the ship

Ballade flits through the murk and the gloom, placing charges on the pylons one by one. Most of the Joes are keeping the Repliforce gumbies busy, giving Ballade the breathing space he needs to emplace the explosives. He glances up as the Starfish shuts down with a quiet howl. Igniting his dash jets, the Elite moves towards the cover of the Wily Mole. Time to send the detonation signal.
