Image: Quickstrike is a metallic yellow-gold in both modes, with accents of blue. His robot mode face appears to have a half-mask; his beast mode face, with its red eyes and scorpion mandibles, is a bit more expressive. Quickstrike has, in fact, two heads in either mode; in his beast mode, the tail of the scorpion curls up into a red-eyed cobra. As Quickstrike's scorpion claws become his feet in robot mode, his cobra tail becomes his right hand. The snake often acts with a mind of its own, striking at unaware Maximals while Quickstrike's primary head stays perfectly still. Quickstrike's left robot-mode hand is made up of his eight scorpion-mode legs, making it somewhat outsized and awkward. Quickstrike's blaster weapon is contained in the cobra head.

History: Two stasis pods landed side-by side, damaged inside and out. When you were activated, the first thing you saw was some sort of fur-and-feathers ugly horning in on your territory. Discovering your scorpion claws and your snake-bite tail, you sprang to attack him at once. The two of you were still in mid-squabble when a tall-walking robot named Megatron showed up. He told you and your unwilling companion that you were Predacons, and showed you how to transform into your robot body. You were all-too-eager to join up with this "Megatron," once you realized how much opportunity he was going to give you to beat and bully. Fur-and-feathers Silverbolt ditched, becoming a Maximal, but you knew the sissy was no-good from the start.

Roleplaying hints: YYYYYEEEEEE-HAH! War is about killin', and so are you. You consider yourself by and large to be the meanest, roughest, rootin-tootinest sharpshootin' Cybertron to ever wear a Predacon ten-gallon hat, and you're all too willing to prove it to any sissified Maximals you happen to cross. So long as you can indulge your passion for violence, you're right content. Keep the southern drawl and the redneck cliches at full-force; be the first to shoot and the last to sit down, either through plain courage or complete stupidity.
You've got a softspot in your spark for that right-purty spider lady on the Predacon force, whom you call your "sugar-bot." She seems plenty eager to be your honey, soon as she finds herself the time.

Timeline: Quickstrike is brought on-line and introduced to the series in "Coming of the Fuzors." He is installed in the Predacon force in part one of that episode, and remains a Predacon throughout the series. When given the opportunity to betray Megatron in "Master Blaster," he takes it, and nearly destroys the commander. He is put on trial for his treachery, but extenuating circiumstances allow him to escape punishment. However, he dies shortly after, in "Nemesis," when he along with Inferno take a full-force blow from the Decepticon warship's fusion cannon.
